Today we started work on another roof in Olathe. As with most of the roof replacements we are installing a GAF Timberline HD shingles. We are completing the tear off today and starting on getting the new shingles on once the synthetic felt and ice and water shield have been installed. If you follow our blog you already know that on all our roofs we now install ice and water shield not just around the eaves of the home but through the valleys and around all the vents for extra protection against leaks. Olathe roofing code requires ice and water shield only around the eaves of your home. In addition to using ice and water shield we also use a synthetic felt as opposed to the more traditional felt paper. We feel that these little extra will add the protection needed to provide you with the best roofs for your money and we do it at no extra up charge to our customers. We try to provide our customers with the best protection and highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. When we complete any of our roof replacements customer satisfaction long after we have finished our work is our goal.
